 Group provides a peer community where young adults can develop skills to decrease anxiety, depression, mood instability, and other such symptoms while navigating the stressors of "adulting."

In-Person: Telehealth is offered as back up when there is sickness or inclement weather.

When: Wednesdays 5-7 p.m. or Wednesdays 7-9 p.m.

DEMOGRAPHICS

How Often & Duration: Weekly, not drop-in, lasting an average of 8 mos.

Group Type:  Open, clients can join & graduate at any time.

Client Ages: 19-29 yo.

Number of Members: 8 group members on average.

Inclusivity:  All genders, sexualities, ethnicities & cultures are welcome.

STRUCTURE &
CULTURE

Skills: DBT skills training & implementation, also incorporating CBT, ACT, & other therapy modalities.

Process: Clients process their experiences and provide feedback & support to one another.

Culture: Focus is on growth & recovery, using fun & humor along the way!
